Zirconium Coating

Zirconium was discovered in nature in 1789, and its success has been proven in medicine and industry. Research began in 1998, and clinical applications began worldwide in early 2002. With this new approach, the aesthetic concerns associated with metal-porcelain restorations are now completely eliminated, resulting in the most suitable natural teeth for the patient.

Made from a bright, white zirconium alloy, zirconium porcelain teeth are stronger than metal and gold, boasting a resistance of approximately 900 megapascals. This makes them very comfortable to use on back teeth. They are also considerably lighter than metal-supported dentures. Zirconium is even used by astronauts in space.

It is non-allergic, biocompatible, tissue-friendly, does not cause bad breath or gum disease, does not cause gum bleeding, does not cause bruising on the gums, has very good compatibility with the gingiva, is light-permeable, durable, resistant, healthy, aesthetic, and is the best material ever found with superior properties used in dentistry.

In a very short time (3/5 days) using CAD-CAM/CEREC digital technologies, we can create aesthetic zirconium porcelain teeth that our patients will enjoy and be happy with for many years by giving them an aesthetic smile with a personalized smile design in accordance with the GOLDEN RATIO rule, taking into account the patient's age, gender, facial features and the patient's photograph, complaints and requests, with computer-aided design.
