DENTIST FİKRET ALTAN
Born on June 19, 1964 in Sarıyer/Emirgan, Fikret Altan was the child of Dr. Ünal Altan, a neurologist (neuropsychiatrist) and a doctor at Baltalimanı Bone Diseases Hospital, and Sunal Altan, a tailor at Ankara Olgunlaşma Institute.
Originally from Samsun, he graduated from Reşitpaşa/Karacapaşa (Osman Saçmacı) Primary School in 1975, Emirgan Behçet Kemal Çağlar Secondary School in 1978, Kabataş Boys High School in 1981, and earned his master's degree from Istanbul University (Çapa) Faculty of Dentistry in 1987, earning the title of "Dentist".
In 1989, he completed his military service as a "Dentist Lieutenant" at the Aydın Gendarmerie Battalion Command. Between 1989 and 1991, he founded the Dentistry Department at the Kızılay Beyoğlu/İstiklal Branch and worked briefly as a "Dispensary Dentist." He then served as a "Dentist" at the Reşitpaşa Dispensary and in his own private dental clinic on Abide-i Hürriyet Street in Şişli. He developed his skills in dentistry, implants, zirconium, and orthodontics, and conducted numerous studies in these fields.
