Tooth Extraction

The process of separating the tooth from its socket in the jawbone is called tooth extraction and this process varies depending on the difficulty of the tooth extraction.

If the dentist acts carefully and follows the rules, and the necessary precautions are taken to prevent the patient from feeling any pain, there is nothing to fear from tooth extraction and the dentist.

Surgical extraction is a technique used to remove impacted teeth, teeth that are not easily visible in the mouth, or teeth that are fractured at the gum line. Abscess and cyst surgeries, tuberosity reduction, root resection, wisdom tooth extraction, and the extraction of impacted teeth are all considered surgical extractions.
